These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LisuLabs websites, tools, content, and workflow integrations (the Services). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
1. About LisuLabs
LisuLabs creates educational content, AI-assisted media, templates, and workflow automations for creators and businesses. Some Services may connect to third-party platforms so that a user can prepare, upload, or publish content from an account the user controls.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and comply with the rules of every connected third-party platform. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity authorized through your accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to break laws or platform rules; publish content you do not have the right to use; impersonate, deceive, harass, or harm others; distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent material; bypass security or approval requirements; or interfere with the Services.
4. Connected platforms and publishing
Third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X, and LinkedIn operate under their own terms and privacy policies. LisuLabs does not control their availability, review decisions, API limits, or account actions.
Content is published only when a user initiates or approves the relevant workflow. You remain responsible for reviewing content, captions, disclosures, permissions, and platform settings before publication.
5. Intellectual property
LisuLabs retains rights in its original branding, templates, documentation, workflows, and educational materials. You retain rights in content you provide, subject to any rights you grant to a connected platform. You grant LisuLabs only the limited permission needed to process your content and operate the Services you request.
6. Service changes and availability
The Services may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or protection of users and third parties.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, LisuLabs does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific reach, revenue, audience growth, or platform approval. LisuLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services and disconnect platform access at any time. LisuLabs may suspend access for a material breach of these terms, security risk, or legal requirement.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the Services or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
